Airmont, NY, March 2, 2008:   Fitness Together-Airmont sponsored the “Heart Healthy Fitnessthon” for the month of February in their personal fitness training studio located in the Colonial Square Shopping Center in Airmont, New York. For the entire month of February, clients participated in a fundraising event for the American Heart Association. Each participating client was tracked by the management for personal fitness training session attendance, cardio –vascular conditioning and personal nutritional journal accountability. Points were awarded for compliance in each of the three  components of the  event.  Clients are collecting contributions from family , friends and neighbors based upon how many points they accumulated for their participation in each of the three tested areas.  Certain point milestones were set  and each client who reached a milestone will receive complimentary personal fitness training sessions. Additionally, awards and prizes will be given to those clients who place in the top three positions for point accumulation. Also, the client who collects the most in contributions will be recognized.  According to Michael Moore, Principal Owner of Fitness Together, “We at Fitness Together-Airmont are  extremely proud of the commitment made by many of  our clients who have  participated  in this most worthwhile  charitable event.
